For recent graduates without work experience, the MASI23 program requires a minimum of 720 hour of internship work at an aerospace company. The MASI team will be directly involved in the search of this position. During the internship period, the students will solve real integration problems under the supervision of a Company Mentor.

In addition to the real-work experience, the industrial placement helps MASI students to create a network of contacts very useful for finding permanent employment in the company.
